1) START EARLY: Have habit of getting early in morning (around 6.30 a.m. – 7.00 a.m.). Do little of warm up and stretching exercise. You should plan entire day activities by writing on a piece of paper. Get ready by 8.30 a.m.
2) STUDY SESSION: Start with specific subject or topic which you find difficult to understand or from portion of forth coming test. Give at least 2 hours for preparing it nicely. Follow same manner for other subjects or topics. Portion covered in classes should be prepared personally on daily basis. Before you start a study session, put your tablet and phone in another room. At the beginning of each study session, write down the task you’re going to work on. Maximum portion taught in vacation should be mastered by you. This will help you to reduce pressure of studies on you during regulars.
3) CLASSES SESSION: After studying session, make it point that you complete all your assignments/homework on regular basis. Also try to do it yourself instead of copying from notes/friends book. By doing it yourself, your task of learning concept is almost done. Never go for any tuitions/ classes without completing homework/assignments, it gives bad impression about you to teacher and also you may not be able to understand further topics which are interlinked.
4) PLAY TIME: After tiring sessions of classes/tuitions spare specific time for playing. Playing should be indoor/outdoor games. Online games are not that stress busters. In fact it becomes addiction for most of children. It is also advisable to go on walk with friends/family members in garden. Fresh air helps brain to calm down faster and relives stress.
5) FAMILY TIME: Always have habit of having dinner with family members. These will help you to develop good bonding with all members and its right type of platform to discuss any of your issues which you are not able to handle it and family members can guide you properly. Also update parents about studies.
6) SLEEP TIME: After dinner, do not go to sleep directly. Spend at least 45 mins sitting after food. Utilise this time to go through the topics done in classes/tuitions today. So it will be one type of recap of entire day of study lessons and you will also understand on which concept you need to put in extra efforts. You should have at least 6 to 7 hours of sound sleep.
